CO-NECT, a French company specializing in event planning, has been named one of France’s top employers for 2026. The company has earned the Employees Platinum certification from ChooseMyCompany®, with a score of 422.4 out of 500.

Recognition Based on Employee Experience
Following an initial employee feedback campaign conducted in 2025, CO-NECT repeated the process to assess the changes its teams had experienced and to identify new areas for improvement.
ChooseMyCompany®, a mission-driven company, collects and analyzes anonymous employee feedback to assess their work experience. The results help highlight companies that are genuinely committed to listening to their teams and ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
In 2026, CO-NECT achieved the Employees Platinum level, the highest level of recognition under the label.
A voter turnout of nearly 80%
With a participation rate of 79.2%, this high level of engagement reinforces the representativeness of the results. Furthermore, it demonstrates the teams’ commitment to the company’s continuous improvement process.
The results highlight several strengths:
> 73.7% of employees recommend CO-NECT,
> the overall satisfaction rate stands at 69.5%,
> 87% say they are satisfied with their work-life balance,
> 82% recognize the value and impact of their work,
> 82% feel supported by their manager.
These results show that a positive trend is underway. They reflect the progress that has been made, while also allowing CO-NECT to identify areas where it needs to continue its efforts.
CO-NECT Named Among France's Best Employers of 2026
CO-NECT has been named to the Employees® 2026 list in the “Business & Public Services” category.
This award was presented by ChooseMyCompany® and Les Échos during an awards ceremony. The winning companies are also featured in a special report titled “Behind the Scenes at France’s Best Employers.”
This recognition reinforces a belief held by CO-NECT: the long-term success of an events company depends first and foremost on the commitment, well-being, and ability of its employees to express themselves.
