Our design centre will combine your ideas with its expertise to offer you the creation and fitting out of common areas such as reception and cloakrooms, catering areas, press, VIP areas, the general commissariat…
In addition, our image and signage department will create all the directional, informative and decorative signage you need.

Turnkey stand

We imagine unique turnkey stand concepts that reinforce the identity of your event and optimise its implementation. These products are dedicated to exhibitors who reserve a stand and are available in several sizes (from 6 m² to 36 m²).
We offer all-inclusive formulas with a view to both efficiency and budget savings in complete transparency. We are able to manage the entire exhibitor technical service for the organiser.

How is your general installation project managed?

Our team of experts in event design aims to provide you with solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing and practical, but also economically controlled.

The entire logistical implementation is guaranteed at all exhibition sites. We plan all the skills required for the successful completion of the project: technical expertise in lighting, sound, joinery, decoration, assembly of ephemeral structures, and signage installation. If you wish, we will also be able to provide you with the necessary skills in management, security and reception.

During preparation, the project manager supervises and coordinates the operation. In this way, he provides the operational link between the various trades required to ensure the success of the event. As the project manager, he is the key contact for the contracting authority.

How is the general installation going on site?

The project manager is responsible for coordinating all the human and administrative logistical resources required to implement your event.

During the set-up, the project manager informs you of the progress of the project through progress meetings. He debriefs daily with the project manager to ensure that everything runs smoothly, to manage any unforeseen events and to ensure that schedules are adhered to.

During the event, we will offer you a permanent presence to manage any requests you may have, as well as a dedicated exhibitor service. We also manage maintenance such as the restocking of consumables.

Finally, in the days following the end of your event, we will organise a global debriefing meeting with you in order to identify the strong points and areas for improvement.
