ISO 20121 Certification
CO-NECT has been ISO 20121 certified since 2018, the international standard for responsible event management. This commitment ensures a structured and continuously improved approach aimed at reducing environmental impact, improving social conditions, and enhancing economic performance. The certification requires annual monitoring and continuous improvement of practices across all of the company’s business units.
The Diversity Charter
As a signatory to the Diversity Charter since June 2024, CO-NECT reaffirms its commitment to promoting an inclusive, respectful work environment that is open to all talents. This commitment is reflected in concrete actions to promote equal opportunity, prevent discrimination, ensure responsible hiring, integrate employees, and foster skills development throughout their careers.
The Charter on Supplier Relations and Responsible Procurement
As signatories to the Charter on Supplier Relations and Responsible Procurement since October 2024, we are committed to building relationships based on trust, fairness, and transparency. This approach guides our purchasing decisions, prioritizes local partners, and incorporates social and environmental criteria into all of our collaborations.
The Cléo Carbone Tool
Using Cléo Carbone allows us to measure the carbon footprint of our activities and the events we support using a methodology recognized by the industry. This analysis provides concrete data to inform design decisions, optimize resource use, and sustainably reduce environmental impacts.
The Choose My Company Survey
In 2026, we were recognized by ChooseMyCompany at the Platinum level—the highest level of recognition awarded by the platform—and we place listening to and engaging our employees at the heart of our corporate mission. As a leading network of professionals in the exhibition stand and temporary space design industry, Leads brings together companies that share the same commitment to quality, innovation, and responsibility. Our membership reflects our commitment to contributing to industry discourse, enriching our practices through collaboration with our peers, and actively participating in the evolution of our professions.
UMENA
UMENA brings together stakeholders in the events, business tourism, and MICE sectors in Nouvelle-Aquitaine to address common challenges related to the sector’s development, attractiveness, and professionalization. Through our Head of Sustainable Performance and Impact’s role as chair, we actively help to drive the network, foster regional cooperation, and advocate for the interests of the regional events ecosystem with its institutional and economic partners.
